Graze

What is a Graze: Etymology

The name comes from the Greek verb boskô, which means "to pasture, graze." which signifies both "those who pasture" and "those who graze."

A perfect alternative or accompaniment to the traditional buffet would be our graze tables. These grazing tables can be enjoyed in a variety of ways. From the traditional charcuterie boards to an arrangement of our specialty menu items elegantly arranged on a platter for your guests to enjoy throughout the night.

Our traditional charcuterie graze options are as listed. For a customized specialty menu assortment additional pricing will be added.
